Given that the i5 is already very expensive, this is the trim we'd go for.
The engine
See full engine specsEven with this entry-level motor, the i5 is far from slow, accelerating from 0-62mph in 6.1sec. What’s more, its single-speed automatic gearbox helps to ensure that the power arrives without any obvious letup. That said, the equivalent Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo needs just 4.8sec to get to 62mph and actually has a slightly longer official range.
